Daniel Fitzpatrick grew up in Dublin and fell into scraping when a retail-pricing side project kept getting blocked at the door. That problem turned into contract work, then into a habit he could not shake. Over six years he has paid for and load-tested residential, datacenter, ISP, and mobile proxies across more than twenty providers, mostly for price monitoring and ad verification. He keeps a spreadsheet of every plan he has bought: what it really cost per gigabyte once overage and failed requests were counted, and where each pool fell over under load. ProxyGauge is that spreadsheet, cleaned up and kept current. He takes no exclusive deals and pays for the plans he tests.
